Did any of you deliver at a hospital that did not have a NICU? I live in a small town and our hospital doesn’t have a one… At this point we are thinking comfort care is all we need (if we are lucky enough to get that far). A couple people have told me I should deliver at the hospital with a NICU, which is 45 minutes away, but these people also do not really understand what we are facing. So I was wondering what others have experienced.
